Where finished in natural woods, every case piece exhibits the variations of grain and color that are indigenous to the wood species employed to create it. Wood pieces are cut and inspected down to the millimeter to ensure assembly is perfect. All solid wood and MDF wood panels arrive from the lumber yard and are stored in a large state-of-the-art de-humidifier until the moisture content is optimal. All wood pieces are inspected to meet the customers’ specifications and grade A quality.
